Job Title: Delivery Manager – Insurance (Life & Pensions)
Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of 100+ people in customer service & operations
Make sure the client is happy, all targets are met, and the project makes profit
Be the main point of contact for the client – attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings
Improve processes, reduce cost, and bring new ideas
Help in hiring, training, and planning team size
Handle risks, escalations, and contract terms
What We Need from You
7–10 years of experience
At least 4–5 years working in Insurance BPO (Life & Pensions is best, but any insurance is okay)
Already managed teams of 80–150 people in a BPO
Good at talking to clients and senior people
Know how to handle SLAs, reports, governance meetings
Comfortable working in changing situations and tight deadlines
Good English and presentation skills
Must-Have
Full-time graduation degree (regular college, no distance)
Ready to work from Nagpur office in night shifts
