Education:

 Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

 Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Job Role

The Data Processing Associate will support a US-based business operations project by

reviewing customer data and documents, extracting relevant information, and accurately

entering or submitting details through designated client or government portals. The role

requires attention to detail, English comprehension, process discipline, and consistent

delivery against quality, productivity, turnaround-time, and service-level expectations.

Skills:

 Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Strong reading comprehension, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

 Accurate typing and data-entry skills.

 Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

 Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and learn new tools quickly.

 Ability to interpret and consistently follow SOPs, process instructions, and quality

standards.

 Effective time management, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and

accountability.

 Willingness to work in US and rotational shifts, adapting to changes based on

business needs.

 Ability to manage routine, high-volume, and deadline-driven work with consistent

accuracy.

 9 months–1 year of experience in data processing, business process services,

document review, compliance operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

 Review customer requests, source documents, along with additional data to

understand the required processing activity.

 Extract, enter, update, validate, and submit information in approved client

systems, databases, and government portals.

 Verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy against source documents

before completing each transaction.

 Follow approved SOPs, checklists, business rules, quality controls, and

escalation procedures.

 Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and raise queries or

exceptions through the defined channel.

 Meet assigned productivity, turnaround-time, and SLA targets without

compromising accuracy.

 Maintain trackers and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other project

tools.

 Maintain confidentiality of customer, business information and comply with data-

security requirements.

 Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and support workload

priorities as required.
