- Experience in handling UK customers

Technical Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working experience in MS Office: Excel, Word, PPT
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Ability to read, comprehend and respond to emails and calls

Key Responsibilities:
- Reform and execute back-office operations and processes
- Ensure accuracy in daily work and meet time limits
- Build solid relationships across all units at various account levels
- Ascertain the accuracy and work standards
- Responsible for producing various reports for various stakeholders
