Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Scheduling Specialist to lead the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across traditional linear TV and radio platforms. This role focuses on campaign management, traffic coordination, and ad scheduling to ensure campaigns run seamlessly and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broadcast workflows, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and client requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Coordination & Asset Management
Oversee the trafficking and delivery of creative assets, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines.
Verify that all materials comply with broadcast standards and client guidelines, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with broadcast operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve traffic-related issues efficiently.
Quality Assurance
Ensure advertisements are accurately scheduled and aired according to agreed campaign parameters.
Conduct detailed checks to prevent overbooking, duplication, or incorrect placement of advertisements.
Ad Scheduling & Optimization
Develop detailed ad schedules while balancing client requirements, inventory availability, and regulatory guidelines.
Optimize schedules to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.
Manage last-minute schedule changes and resolve conflicts while maintaining campaign objectives.
Adjust placements to accommodate breaking news, special programming, or unexpected disruptions.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, including competitive separation and content restrictions.
Reporting & Insights
Generate post-campaign reports highlighting audience delivery, campaign reach, compliance rates, and overall performance.
Analyze campaign trends and provide recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness and client ROI.
Share insights with sales and creative teams to support process improvements and innovation opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in media (TV/Radio/Broadcasting), Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within linear TV, radio, or broadcast media environments.
Proven experience managing high-volume campaigns and resolving complex scheduling challenges.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with traffic management systems such as WideOrbit, IBMS, Aquira, or similar platforms.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with media measurement tools such as Nielsen, OzTAM, or equivalent is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
