Buyer (Strategic Sourcing & Procurement)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4 to 9 Years
Band: BPO 3 / BPO 4
Salary: ₹11 to ₹12 LPA

Required Skills

5–8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Good to Have

CEFR English score of B2 or higher (C1 preferred).
Experience with SAP Ariba for sourcing events, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced spreadsheet formatting.
Tableau proficiency, including dashboard creation, filters, and workbook development for data analysis.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal requirements.
