We’re Hiring – Business Transformation Lead (Insurance – Retirement Services)
Location: Gurgaon (Applications from outside Gurgaon will not be considered)
Salary: Up to ₹16–17 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Leader with deep expertise in Annuity, Life, and Retirement Services to drive large-scale transformation programs blending consulting, technology, and operations.
If you have a passion for driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes—this role is for you!
Key Must-Haves :
Strong domain expertise in Insurance – especially Annuity, Life, Retirement Services
Certified Master Black Belt / Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
Proven track record in innovation & transformation programs
Prior exposure to Retirement Services operations
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Flexibility to work in US hours
