JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and moderate online content based on company guidelines

Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content

Maintain quality and accuracy in content review

Escalate sensitive issues when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year BPO experience required

Previous content moderation experience is an advantage

High School / Senior High School / College Graduate

Good communication and comprehension skills

Strong attention to detail

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
