What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone, chat or email

Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible

Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do thing

Serve as an advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team

Who are we looking for?

Completed at least 2 years in college

Must have at least 3 months customer service and/or technical support experience in a BPO setup

Tech savvy and comfortable working with technology

Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
