What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide excellent support experience to customers via phone, chat or email
- Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do thing
- Serve as an advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team
Who are we looking for?
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Must have at least 3 months customer service and/or technical support experience in a BPO setup
- Tech savvy and comfortable working with technology
- Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
