Position: Multilingual Customer Support – Cantonese
Location: Quezon City (Onsite)
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for candidates who:
• Speak, read, and write Cantonese fluently
• Have working knowledge of English
• Are open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Have a valid Philippine working visa (TRV holders are welcome to apply)
• Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required

What you’ll do:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Provide professional support in Cantonese and English
• Resolve billing, account, and service-related concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards
• Accurately document customer interactions
