• Up to ₱32,000/month
• 20% Night Differential
• ₱1,000 Monthly Allowance

Job Overview

We are seeking a WFM Software Administrator I to support workforce management operations within a contact center environment. The role focuses on workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, system administration, reporting, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support workforce planning activities, including staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and adherence monitoring.
Administer and maintain Workforce Management (WFM) systems and operational tools.
Generate, analyze, and interpret workforce reports to support business decisions.
Monitor contact center quality initiatives and assist with system implementations.
Support training initiatives and operational improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve workforce processes and operational efficiency.
Provide support across multiple contact center operations when required.
Work independently while following established standards and procedures.
Share best practices and assist in guiding junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Workforce Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, or Contact Center Operations.
Experience supporting staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning activities.
Knowledge of WFM tools and contact center support systems.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
BPO/Contact Center experience is preferred.
Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.
