· Architect and roll out enterprise-wide observability & event management solutions

· Lead ServiceNow ITOM AIOps integration and alert intelligence

· Work across Azure Monitor, Grafana, ThousandEyes, AppDynamics, and more

· Set the gold standard for monitoring across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS

· Automate everything—from upgrades to incident prevention

· Collaborate with biz units to deliver monitoring that actually saves money and headaches

· Drive POCs and automation innovations like a true tech visionary

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

· 5+ years in IT monitoring, observability, or related roles

· Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Event Mgmt + AIOps)

· Azure chops: Log Analytics, KQL, Monitor, DataLake, Fabric

· Scripting swagger: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL

· Automation love: Ansible, DevOps tools, API integration

· Network know-how: TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, PKI

· AIOps mindset—you think proactive, not reactive

· Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related

· Grafana • Prometheus • AppDynamics • ThousandEyes • Riverbed • Nobl9

· .NET / C# experience

· SRE practices and ITSM process knowledge (ServiceNow)
