JOB TITLE: Voice CSR - Retail Banking - B2 Level - Relationship Manager / Personal Banker

Location: Philippines - Onsite / Hybrid (depends on site)

Work Setup: Voice Account - Shifting

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Client Service Specialist for our Retail Banking account. This is a voice role ideal for banking professionals with strong sales and client service experience.

YOUR ROLE:

Provide excellent client service via voice support for retail banking customers

Acquire new clients and help grow CASA and deposit accounts

Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products

Manage client portfolios and maintain strong client relationships

Meet sales targets and deliver quality customer service

Document interactions accurately and follow banking protocols

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

2 to 3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Investments required

Must have voice account experience - B2 level English or higher

Combined experience as Voice CSR + Retail Banking is highly preferred

Strong background in client acquisition, generating CASA/deposits, cross-selling, and portfolio management

Experience in any of these roles: Relationship Manager / Officer, Business Relationship Officer, Personal Banker, Priority / Premier RM, Branch Sales Officer, New Accounts Officer, Sales & Service Officer, Client Relationship Officer
