We’re hiring 2 USRN Training Specialists to support the development of healthcare professionals in a specialized US healthcare environment.

If you have USRN credentials + Utilization Management experience + a passion for training or teaching, we want to hear from you

- Position: USRN Training Specialist

- Account: El Paso Account

- Work Setup: Hybrid / Temporary Work From Home

- Schedule: Shifting

- Locations: BGC, Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

- Start Date: ASAP

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Active USRN license — any US state accepted

- 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

- At least 1 year of training or teaching experience

- Academe/teaching background is welcome

- Strong clinical and healthcare knowledge

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing healthcare professionals

- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
