USRN Training Specialist

Salary: PHP 60,000 – 80,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)

Job Overview

We are looking for USRN Training Specialists with experience in BPO/CPO Utilization Management and a strong background in training or teaching.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively deliver training and transfer knowledge while leveraging their healthcare and Utilization Management experience.

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
At least 1 year of training or teaching experience.
Candidates with an academic/teaching background are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to facilitate training and effectively transfer knowledge.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
