We need USRNs with a passion for teaching to lead our clinical training teams. If you have the clinical know-how and the communication skills to match, we want you!
What you'll do:
Teach UM, CM, Triage, and Appeals processes.
Conduct assessments and certify new nurses.
Update training materials based on U.S. regulations (HIPAA, MCG).
What you need:
Active USRN License (Must be active).
2+ years Bedside Experience (ER/ICU/Telemetry preferred).
1+ year as a USRN Trainer / Clinical Educator in a BPO setting.
Excellent English communication skills.
