Lead Healthcare Operations With Your Clinical Expertise

We’re seeking an experienced USRN Program Manager with strong Utilization Management and leadership experience to drive clinical excellence and operational performance.

If you’re ready to move beyond individual clinical responsibilities and take ownership of program-level delivery, people leadership, and clinical standards, this opportunity is built for you.

Eligibility

* Active USRN license — any U.S. state
* 2+ years of Utilization Management experience
* 2+ years of recent supervisory or managerial experience
* 1+ year of recent clinical/hospital or related experience
* Strong clinical subject-matter expertise
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Willing to work a shifting schedule

What You’ll Do

* Lead healthcare programs and drive operational performance
* Apply clinical and UM expertise to complex operational decisions
* Guide teams toward quality, productivity, and service objectives
* Provide clinical subject-matter expertise and operational direction
* Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver program goals
