Role Overview:

We are seeking licensed US Registered Nurses (USRN) with active PHRN licenses to join our Healthcare Account as Non-Voice Clinicians. You will provide clinical support, review medical records, and ensure quality patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
Provide clinical support and utilization review.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams.
Document clinical findings accurately in the system.
Meet quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications:

Active PHRN and USRN licenses – both required.
Minimum 3 years clinical experience – required.
Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
Amenable to a Work From Home setup.
Willing to work shifting schedules.
Should not be a former or current employee of the client.
