URGENTLY HIRING: Operations Supervisor

Work Setup: Onsite – MOA
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as a BPO Operations Supervisor
Background in Travel & Hospitality is required
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Knowledge of contact center KPIs, quality, and compliance
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
