Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Travel Account Customer Service Representatives who can assist customers with travel-related concerns such as bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, and general inquiries. If you have experience in the travel industry and are familiar with GDS systems, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or at least 2 years Undergraduate
At least 1 year GDS experience using Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre
With Travel Account experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to handle travel bookings, cancellations, and customer inquiries
