Multilingual Language - Khmer (Cambodia)

Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Availability: ASAP
Target Start Date: September 2026

Job Qualifications

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Fluent and spontaneous in the Khmer language.
Able to use Khmer effectively in a professional environment.
Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English is required, as training and client systems are in English.
Khmer will be the primary language for customer interactions.
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required.
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines and possess a valid working visa.
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants.
Must be available to start ASAP.

Language Requirement

Fluent in Khmer.
Good working knowledge of English.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, and other support channels.
Provide customer support in English and Khmer.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust and loyalty through effective service and problem-solving.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.
