We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for both Travel and Financial accounts. If you have at least 6 months of call center experience and strong communication skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the BPO industry.

Qualifications

At least 6 months bpo experience
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willing to work on-site
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Salary Package

Travel Account: ₱25,000 monthly salary package
Financial Account: ₱27,000 monthly salary package

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Provide accurate information based on company guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Document interactions and update customer records when necessary
