Travel Account – Customer Service Representative
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account to deliver high-quality customer support for travel-related services. The role involves assisting customers with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email channels
* Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
* Provide information regarding travel policies and service offerings
* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards
* Accurately document interactions within internal systems
**Qualifications:**
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support is preferred
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Good computer navigation skills
* Flexible to work shifting schedules
* At least HS grad; BPO experience preferred but not required
