Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager – US Tax & Finance to lead training strategies, improve employee performance, and drive learning initiatives for our financial services operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US Tax processes, BPO training operations, and team leadership, with the ability to develop effective training programs that improve business performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage training programs for US Tax and Finance processes.
- Design, develop, and implement training modules, learning materials, and coaching programs.
- Facilitate onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance tracking, and feedback.
- Partner with Operations teams to identify skill gaps and create improvement plans.
- Drive learning strategies aligned with business goals and client requirements.
- Coach and mentor trainers to improve delivery quality and training effectiveness.
- Analyze training metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance training programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager in a BPO environment.
- Proven experience handling US Tax processes is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required.
- Strong background in:
- Training facilitation
- Instructional design
- Coaching and mentoring
- Performance improvement
- Process optimization
- Experience in financial services, accounting, or tax-related accounts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite and support night shift operations.
