Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs
- Assist patients or members within the healthcare sector
- Provide teleconsulting services
- Understand regulatory requirements and healthcare provider practices
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Valid USRN License (minimum 6 months validity)
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (UM review, clinical appeals)
- Familiarity with inpatient/concurrent reviews
- Strong knowledge of processes and projects
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 1 year of experience as a trainer
- Experience in nursing care, nursing homes, or medical settings
- Experience with InterQual/MCG
