Job Title: Trainer

‎Account/Category/ Campaign: H&R Block Seasonal Account

‎Employment: Contractual until the end of April 2027

‎Salary: 25,500 - 35,000 max for the basic, up to 2,500 performance-based bonus

‎Work location/Set up: On-Site in Sucat

‎Shift Schedule: Shifting

‎Job Description:

‎Training & Development Delivery work focuses on delivering/providing training for the general workforce and

‎targeted functional/technical areas including:

‎•Delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course

‎evaluations, etc.

‎•Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements

‎•Positions on this level have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline or the broader area in

‎which the position operates.

‎•Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles.

‎•Usually generates and initiates own workload and doesn’t need instructions or guidelines.

‎•Might supervise work of less experienced professionals, provide professional expertise and take

‎responsibility for the end-product.

‎•Positions at this level are expected to significantly improve the day-to-day activities/processes.

‎•Manages and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.

‎•Decisions are of an operational nature within a defined scope.

‎•Positions on this level deliver their share of professional responsibilities focusing on professional

‎excellence.

‎•Typically manages a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.

‎

‎Qualifications :

‎• 6 months to 1 year of Training Experience in the BPO Industry

‎• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the BPO Industry

‎• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.

‎• Demonstrated proficiency in English communication (oral and written).

‎• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

‎• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces

‎• Experience in instructional design or Learning & Development is a plus.

‎• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
