Job Title: Trainer II-USRN
Account: Healthcare/Learning and Development/Training
Salary: Open Salary

Key Responsibilities:
•Create training programs
•Assisting patients or members in the US
•Teleconsulting
•Knowledgeable with US regulatory requirements and healthcare providers.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
•USRN Licensed (6 months validity)
•1 – 2 years’ experience in a US Healthcare Account (UM review, clinical appeals)
•Exposure to Inpatient/Concurrent reviews
•Good process and project knowledge
•Proficiency in MS Office
•With at least 1 year of trainer experience(Required)
•Experience working in nursing care, a nursing home, or a medical work setup
•Experience using Interqual/ MCG
