‎Join our Telco Billing team and help customers with billing inquiries, payment concerns, and account-related requests while delivering exceptional customer service.

‎

‎Key Responsibilities

‎Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account charges.

‎Explain billing statements and payment options clearly.

‎Resolve billing concerns accurately and efficiently.

‎Maintain complete and accurate customer records.

‎Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

‎

‎Qualifications

‎Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.

‎Preferably with at least 7 months of customer service experience in a technical support or sales account.

‎Excellent communication skills.

‎Confident in handling customer concerns.

‎Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

‎
