We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity concerns. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and committed to delivering excellent technical support.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills are an advantage
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
