‎We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity concerns. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and committed to delivering excellent technical support.

‎Qualifications

‎- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

‎- With or without BPO experience

‎- Good English communication skills

‎- Basic computer troubleshooting skills are an advantage

‎- Willing to work onsite

‎- Willing to work on shifting schedules
