WORK SETUP: Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:
Join our ALM LBR Account as a Tech Customer Success Specialist! You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within a SaaS business environment. You will be the trusted advisor for B2B clients, ensuring they maximize value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and train clients on SaaS platforms.
Drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Resolve client issues and escalate technical concerns.
Monitor customer health metrics and drive renewals.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams.

Qualifications:

College Graduate – required.
Min. 2 years relevant experience – required.
Experience with Customer Success principles.
Experience with SaaS business models.
Familiarity with CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Alabang with shifting schedules.
Can start ASAP.
