Job Title: Team Leader
Account: Telco
Location: Taguig
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Shifting Schedule
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 + ₱2,000 allowance (Negotiable up to ₱50,000)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and performance targets
- Ensure adherence to client quality and compliance standards
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
- Monitor KPIs and report to Operations Manager
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Team Leader experience in Telco account (BPO)
- Strong technical troubleshooting experience (AT&T or similar)
- High School / SHS Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Preferably residing near Taguig, Pasay, Makati, Mandaluyong, or Pasig
