CLIENT SERVICE VOICE SUPPORT

RETAIL BANKING RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST.

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

2–3 years of relevant experience

Client Service experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or Investment.

B2 level - English voice proficiency or higher

Strong Voice CSR + Retail Banking combination skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills
