Non-Negotiable Requirements

1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Local IT Support professional

Average to good communication skills, both verbal and written
Roles and Responsibilities
1. End-User Support
-
Assist end-users within the Tower by addressing requests and issues submitted through the WiServe Portal.
-
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-access issues promptly and effectively.
2. Hands-and-Feet Support
-
Provide on-ground technical assistance to support Domain Teams based in India, acting as their physical support point for onsite tasks.
3. Incident Management
-
Join incident calls during system or account outages to provide real-time support and updates.
-
Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
4. Asset Management
-
Conduct regular IT Asset Inventory Verification for laptops, desktops, accessories, and other equipment.
-
Ensure all IT assets remain compliant with the organization’s security standards and posture.
5. Communication & Coordination
-
Respond to and update emails and chat communications related to IT queries or concerns from business units.
-
Provide clear, timely updates on ticket statuses and resolutions.
6. Compliance & Governance
-
Support and enforce compliance with IT policies, asset management standards, and security requirements.
-
Report any deviations, risks, or vulnerabilities identified during routine checks.
