We’re Hiring: Staff Accountant
Location: Ayala, Makati
Work Setup: Hybrid (post-training) | Night Shift
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱27,000
Headcount: 1
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support overall financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards
•Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
•Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
•Manage balance sheet accounts and issue invoices
•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
•Conduct financial analysis and review P&L statements
•Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•2–4 years of accounting experience
•Strong knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet management, and reconciliations
•Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
