WE ARE HIRING: SQL Technical Support — Voice
Onsite | Philippines
Salary: Competitive
URGENT | Immediate Start
Are you a tech-savvy professional with SQL knowledge and customer service experience? This one's for you!
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School / Senior High School / College Graduate
- Minimum 1 year overall work experience
- At least 1 year SQL experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Philippines
ADVANTAGES:
- IT-related educational background
- Technical support experience
- Basic database understanding
- CSR/TSR experience with SQL knowledge
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Handle customer concerns related to SQL and technical support
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
- Document cases, updates and resolutions properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
