Role Overview
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives with at least 1 year of BPO and CSR experience to support international customers. Candidates should have strong Spanish and English communication skills and be willing to work onsite in Taguig on shifting and night shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice/chat channels.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is required.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 1 year of BPO experience.
Minimum 1 year of CSR/Customer Service experience.
Strong Spanish and English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of college education with no back subjects.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers only (Filipino candidates).
Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
Available to join ASAP.
Must meet the salary range of PHP 95,000–100,000.
