Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant- Supervisor

‎Work Location: McKinley, Taguig

‎Work Setup & Schedule: Hybrid after Training(Training pure onsite; 2-3months)/Night Shift

‎Salary:65,000 Package

‎Job Description:

‎We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities. This position offers a hybrid work setup and requires a night shift schedule following successful training.

‎Key Responsibilities:

‎•Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and company policies.

‎•Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

‎•Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.

‎•Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.

‎•Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables.

‎•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.

‎•Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.

‎•Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation.

‎Qualifications:

‎

‎•College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)

‎•CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA)

‎•Atleast 4 years of experience

‎•Good Communication Skills

‎•Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.)

‎•Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files) (Non - negotiable)

‎•Sound Accounting Knowledge (Non-Negotiable)

‎•Preparation of Journal Entries

‎•Trial Balance

‎•Balance Sheet/P&L

‎•Contra Asset Accounts

‎•General Ledger Management

‎•Account Reconciliation

‎•Financial Reporting

‎•Preparation of Invoices

‎•Accruals

‎•Bank Reconciliation (Multi Currency preferred)

‎•Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close

‎•Financial Analysis

‎•Intermediate to Advanced Excel Proficiency

‎•Zero Bank Balance

‎•PIVOT Table (step by step and Non-negotiable )
