We’re Hiring: Senior Staff AccountantLocation: Ayala, Makati

Setup & Schedule: Hybrid | Night Shift (after training)

Salary Package: ₱50,000

Headcount: 1

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role involves complex accounting functions such as general ledger preparation, financial reporting, audit support, and budget/forecast activities. If you’re ready to take your accounting career to the next level in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and compliance

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Analyze monthly/quarterly results, identifying trends and variances

Manage large data sets for reporting and analysis

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Contribute to process improvements and automation projects

Assist with internal and external audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (required)

CPA license preferred (non-CPAs with strong experience also considered)

Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience

Strong understanding of journal entries, debits, and credits

Hands-on experience in reconciliations and closing processes

Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large data sets

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Shared services/BPO experience is a plus

Willing to work night shift in a hybrid setup after training
