About the Role

You will ensure the stability and performance of critical SharePoint-based applications—MAS and BoardLib—serving VIP users. You will provide L2 support, lead incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and facilitate seamless deployments in a complex banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
System Stewardship: Monitor production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Incident Management: Respond to alerts, provide L2 support, and execute thorough RCAs.
Operational Excellence: Manage releases, document fixes, and ensure strict adherence to change management and security policies.
Collaboration: Partner with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior executives, maintaining detailed reporting and knowledge base documentation.

Qualifications
Technical Expertise: 5+ years in production/application support with proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and SharePoint Online.
Tooling: Experience with Datadog (or similar monitoring tools) and Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).
Methodology: Strong grasp of ITIL, ITSM, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, work under pressure, and lead collaborative problem-solving efforts.
Education: BS in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
