About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer Service to join our technology team and support enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business teams, project managers, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative platforms

This role is ideal for a ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, building customized applications, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development & Solution Design

* Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

* Build advanced workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, integrations, and automation solutions.

* Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow AppEngine and integration frameworks.

* Enhance user experience through self-service portals, knowledge bases, and optimized workflows.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

* Analyze platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

* Troubleshoot application and integration issues while ensuring platform stability.

* Support production deployments and monitor application performance.

Collaboration & Delivery

* Work closely with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

* Participate in Agile delivery processes including Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews.

* Lead development activities, testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, deployment plans, and technical specifications.

* Ensure solutions meet security, governance, compliance, and ITIL standards.

* Support platform upgrades and adopt ServiceNow best practices.

Team Growth & Innovation

* Mentor junior developers and share ServiceNow technical expertise.

* Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved business processes.

* Stay updated with new ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends.
