Senior Business Intelligence Manager – Workforce Management (WFM)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead business intelligence initiatives supporting Workforce Management (WFM), BPO operations, data analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for an experienced BI leader who combines people management, data analytics, programming/technical expertise, WFM knowledge, and modern AI capabilities to develop scalable solutions and turn complex operational data into actionable business insights.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject-matter expert, lead BI initiatives, mentor specialists, and partner with stakeholders to improve business performance through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Intelligence initiatives supporting WFM and BPO operations.
Translate business and operational requirements into BI, analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
Manage and mentor BI, analytics, or technical teams with full people-management responsibilities.
Design, develop, and improve dashboards, reports, analytical models, and data-driven solutions.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, operational gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with WFM, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver business insights.
Drive the adoption of automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve analytics and operational efficiency.
Evaluate and implement appropriate programming languages, technologies, tools, and technical approaches.
Establish and maintain BI processes, standards, documentation, and best practices.
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
Coach, mentor, and develop BI and analytics professionals.
Lead complex projects and provide expert guidance on BI-related initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in a managerial role within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
Strong Business Intelligence / Data Analytics experience, preferably within a BPO or Workforce Management environment.
Practical knowledge of AI tools or AI-assisted development, such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or comparable AI initiatives.
Strong understanding of technology stacks and programming languages used in BI, analytics, automation, or data engineering.
Proven experience leading and managing professional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Willingness to work a hybrid setup and shifting schedule.
Willingness to work in Taguig City.
