Business Intelligence Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Specialist with deep expertise in AI‑powered development and Business Intelligence. This role combines technical innovation with leadership — ideal for someone who thrives on building new solutions, mentoring others, and shaping data‑driven strategies.

You’ll lead a team of specialists, drive complex projects, and ensure that cutting‑edge AI initiatives translate into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development
Design and implement advanced AI‑based solutions using tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Co‑work/Code, or similar platforms.
Innovate and optimize processes to enhance automation and intelligence across business functions.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the go‑to expert for your discipline, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
Coach, mentor, and train specialists to elevate technical proficiency and collaboration.
Business Intelligence Management
Oversee BI initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and alignment with organizational goals.
Lead short‑ to medium‑term tactical projects that support strategic direction.
Process & Policy Implementation
Develop and enforce standards, workflows, and governance models to ensure operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement through innovation and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Co‑work/Code, or similar AI tools.
Strong understanding of tech stacks and programming languages.
Minimum 1–2 years of managerial experience in Business Intelligence or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and deliver complex projects successfully.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
