About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to support, stabilize, and continuously enhance our client's global SAP landscape. This is a client-facing, functional lead role focused on support and enhancements for Order-to-Cash processes.

You will own key SD areas including Order Management, Pricing, Billing (Service and Project-based), Logistics Execution, and Credit Management, while driving process optimization and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

- 10+ years of SAP experience with specialization in Sales and Distribution (SD)

- Hands-on expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with focus on support and enhancements

- Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing

- Solid integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules

- Proven experience leading and managing a team

- Project Management skills to coordinate tasks and cross-team communication

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape, ensuring day-to-day support and system stability

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests in collaboration with client and internal teams

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization and automation opportunities within Order-to-Cash

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical for integrated end-to-end solutions

- Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate O2C processing

- Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for change requests and system updates

- Lead and mentor support resources to deliver consistent, high-quality service

- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory support

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of SAP SD expertise with ECC plus WMS interface, Ecommerce process, and Retail process (new shop/subsidiary setup)

- Comfortable leading workshops and drafting functional specifications

- Able to provide workload estimation for new requests and projects

- Proven ability to lead workstreams independently in a client-facing support environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes

- Willing to work hybrid in Taguig with mid-shift schedule and 1x onsite per week in McKinley
