Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Senior Consultant to provide application support, functional design, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (O2C), SAP configuration, business process design, application support, SAP integration, and solution delivery. Senior-level candidates should also demonstrate leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and experience driving SAP projects or workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Application Support

Provide application support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.
Analyze incidents and identify root causes to deliver effective and sustainable solutions.
Support SAP application maintenance and operational activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.

SAP SD Configuration & Functional Design

Configure SAP SD modules and related business processes based on operational and project requirements.
Analyze system capabilities and recommend efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
Design SAP solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
Apply strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and business workflows.

Business Requirements & Solution Design

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
Participate in solution design reviews and system optimization initiatives.
Work closely with technical and development teams to design and implement custom enhancements.
Partner with development teams to build, test, and deploy complex business solutions.

Testing & Deployment

Plan, coordinate, and support functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support solution deployment and release processes.
Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
Assist with end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Technical & Integration Support

Develop technical knowledge in areas such as:
- ABAP Debugging and Code Analysis
- Low-Code Development
- SAP Security
- Automation
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Support SAP integration and interface management activities.
Understand SAP security concepts and authorization management.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.

Leadership & Mentoring

Mentor junior team members and contribute to team capability development.
Provide technical and functional guidance to team members.
Support leadership activities within SAP support and implementation environments.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

College graduate.
10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering business value.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging and code analysis.
Experience with SAP Security concepts and authorization management.
Exposure to SAP integration technologies and interface management.
Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly desirable.
SAP SD certification is an advantage.
Candidates should demonstrate stable career progression.

Demonstrated leadership experience in SAP support and implementation environments.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a college graduate.
Must have 10–15 years of relevant SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience, with strong SAP SD expertise.
Must have hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and O2C processes.
Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup in Makati.
Must be willing to report onsite every Monday and Tuesday, with remaining days working from home.
Must be available to work the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
Candidates should demonstrate stable career progression.
