SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant | SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA | Hybrid | Makati

Location: Makati City (Chevron Office)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday | Work From Home every Wednesday–Friday)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be amenable to Night Shift when business requires)
Salary: PHP 125,000 – PHP 127,300/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to support enterprise-wide SAP initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with deep functional knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, SAP configuration, production support, and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD functional solutions.
Configure SAP SD modules and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, enhancements, integrations, and deployments.
Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
Apply knowledge of ABAP Debugging and code analysis to support issue resolution.
Contribute to SAP Security, automation, CI/CD, and system optimization initiatives.
Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior consultants and promote SAP best practices across the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve application performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10–15 years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
Extensive experience supporting, maintaining, and implementing SAP solutions.
Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and functional design.
Hands-on experience with the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering business value.
Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented professional.
Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to continuously learn new SAP technologies.
