Job Overview
We are looking for a SAP Master Data Governance Consultant to support business transformation initiatives by designing and implementing data management strategies. This role focuses on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and migration solutions, working closely with clients to enhance data processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Business Transformation & Delivery: Lead and support SAP data management and transformation projects. Conduct diagnostics, assessments, and both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Design and implement operating models, processes, and organizational structures. Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Drive change management initiatives and process improvements while ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle and support proposal development and client presentations.

Practice Development: Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings. Develop internal assets such as white papers and case studies, and collaborate with subject matter experts across teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirement: Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP Master Data Management or Governance.

SAP Master Data Governance (MDG): Experience with SAP ABAP. Knowledge of RICEFW development and MDG configurations. Familiarity with workflows, Business Rules Framework (BRF), and Floor Plan Manager (FPM). Understanding of MDG architecture, data models, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), and deployment approaches.

SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS): Experience building extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) jobs. Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with joins, mappings, validations, and transformations.

SAP Data Migration: Experience using LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), or ABAP programs. Knowledge of SAP tables and data structures, with experience in mock conversions and production data loads.

SAP S/4HANA Migration: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration tools and processes.

Syniti ADM Tool (Preferred): Experience configuring and building transformation rules and executing data migration using Syniti tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Requirements
Must be currently based in the Philippines with valid work rights. Must not have an active or recent application with the hiring organization. Willing to work onsite in Cebu City under a shifting schedule.
