JOB TITLE: SAP Japanese Bilingual Functional Consulting Manager
WORK SET UP: Onsite in Taguig (Official set-up depends with the client)
WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a day-shift schedule
Salary budget: Range of (150- 215K)
• We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Consultant (Japanese & English) with business level proficiency in reading and speaking who, along with using a deep knowledge of S/4HANA capabilities as a functional consultant, can also drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis in any of the areas in S4 FI/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM. They should be able to:
• Lead team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live & Post GO-Live support activities.
• Demonstrate unique offerings in any of S/4 HANA capabilities (FI with Vertex tax engine experience/CO/PP/SD/MM/PM) and derive value during design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, Client advisory on S/4HANA led transformation to overcome client’s business challenges.
• Assist with solutions for end-to-end RFPs (request for proposal).
Your experience counts!
• Minimum 10 year(s) of Bilingual consulting experience is required including 2 years or more of end-to-end implementation of SAP projects
• Advise clients on the SAP processes based on leading industry practices
• Effectively perform a FIT-GAP analysis
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to end user teams on best practices
• Ensure all client activities are documented and tracked in the system
• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics.
