About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP applications while supporting end-to-end software development, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. You will work on enterprise SAP projects involving SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Suite on HANA (SoH), and SAP Upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure SAP ABAP solutions based on business requirements.

- Develop and enhance applications using ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Resolve application defects and performance issues identified during testing.

- Follow SAP security coding standards and development best practices.

- Support SAP upgrades, system enhancements, and technical implementations.

- Prepare technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

- Collaborate with technical architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

- Knowledge of SAP development standards and coding best practices.

Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience is required.

- At least 6 months of experience in SAP Suite on HANA (SoH), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Upgrade projects (Unicode Conversion, SPAU/SPDD, Basis Upgrade Support, or Functional Testing) is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) is required.

- Candidates must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the country.

- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a rotational schedule.

- Your resume must include a recent photo as part of the application process.

- Your CV should clearly highlight your SAP ABAP experience, SAP S/4HANA or SoH exposure, ABAP OOP expertise, SAP upgrade experience, and project achievements. Profiles meeting the mandatory requirements will be prioritised.
