Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist with experience developing training programs for CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of designing professional-level training modules, including leadership or other non-frontline programs. This role focuses on creating engaging, platform-based learning experiences, including simulations and virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT), using creative learning techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and implement training programs for Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
•Create professional-level training modules, including leadership and non-frontline training content.
•Apply creative instructional design techniques to virtual ILT sessions to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
•Develop platform-based simulations and interactive learning experiences.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training programs with business goals.
•Maintain and update training materials to reflect system updates or process changes.
•Track and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience developing Salesforce/CRM learning content (ensure it is indicated on the CV; if not, reject the candidate)
• Leadership training experience is required
• BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven experience creating learning content for CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline (non-negotiable)
• Strong instructional design skills with a track record of professional training development
• Experience designing virtual ILT sessions using creative and interactive learning techniques
• Experience developing platform-based simulations and interactive training modules
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in enhancing learning solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in leadership or specialized non-frontline training development
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and learning outcomes
