Job Title: Recruitment Associate
Work setup: Work from home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)
Salary offer: 15K - 17K (Depending on the experience and result during the interviews)
- With 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience
- Preferably with a BPO agent volume hiring or Recruitment firm background
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and a go-getter
- Amenable to working from home with own working device and equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for actively calling and texting candidates and assisting them throughout their recruitment process with our BPO Partners
- Extracting CVs of applicants through our database and conducting CV screening
- Send daily endorsements and follow-ups to the clients
- Sourcing applicants ( only if necessary)
- Close coordination with the team and recruiters for real-time updates
- Attend client and team meetings
- Monitoring and updating candidates' application status
