QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years managing RTA teams in a contact center environment.
• Experience managing multiple queues and geographies.
• SLA Achievement
• Schedule Adherence

• Abandonment %
• Queue Management Accuracy
